Distributor Policy
Any person who is eighteen (18) years old and above may become a club member.
In the case of a corporation, partnership, cooperative or any legal entity may become a business associate and acquire a Membership Tracking Center (MTC).
In the case of a legal entity the following requirements shall be submitted;
Corporation
Board Resolution, photocopy of the SEC Certificate of Incorporation;
Partnership
Letter of Intent, photocopy of the DTI Business Name
Cooperative
Board Resolution, photocopy of the CDA Cooperative Certificate
The person or the authorized representative of the legal entity as a requirement, shall attend the Royale Business Presentation (RBP) andshall purchase at least one (1) Royale Membership Package;
Once officially registered, he/she or it shall become a club member or business associate as the case maybe. And is now authorized to offer, distribute and sell Royalistas International General Trading, L.L.C. products and services and avail corresponding commission, rebates, discounts and privileges;
Members shall observe the Company rules, regulations, policies and its Code of Ethics;
Royalistas International General Trading, L.L.C. shall be authorized to withhold allowable tax deductions derived from the sales, commissions or rebates of a club member or business associate;
Royalistas International General Trading, L.L.C. shall not be responsible for any misrepresentations committed by a club member or business associate to any person;
Royalistas International General Trading, L.L.C. reserves the right to modify, change and update its existing rules, regulations, policies and its marketing plan for the best interest of both the club members and the company without prior notice.
